Generally we provide digital images by e-mail for individual products

FAQ-2a. What is your usual payment term ?
Our terms of payment :
a. By Western Union Money transfer. Fast, reliable and convenient.
b. By telegraphic transfer (T/T) to our bank account in advance.
c. By irrevocable letter of credit (L/C) at sight in our favor. |
FAQ-2b. What is the special payment term for frequent orders (long term lasting business) ?
After we run for your several orders/shipments, and we consider your company as a
long lasting business partner. Then we can wait to collect together for your several
small funds once a period of time say 2 months a time. Thus you don't have to wire the
money so frequently for constant small amounts, It shall be a easier way for both.of us
to save some banking charges then ! |
FAQ-3a. How could I get standard or reference samples ?
We can supply some free samples (less than US$ 5). However you are
requested to
pay for the freight cost by one of following methods :
A. If you have a freight collect account from FedEx, DHL, UPS, TNT...
 any courier who can accept freight charge collect to deliver the samples.
Then you can pay the courier freight charge upon receipt of the samples.
B. Or you can order your courier to collect samples from our company.
C. If not, we would have to prepay for the freight cost (about US$ 15 ~ US$ 30,
depending on delivery destination and weight/volume of the samples).

FAQ-3b. How could I get customized preproduction sample ?
If you need customized preproduction sample for your approval, we will ask you to pay for the samples. After receipt of your payment, samples to be ready for dispatching in 6 to 15 days, depending on the sample you are ordering. |
FAQ-4. How much the Express courier freight will be for the samples ?
Courier freight from our side to your office for samples in a small pack less than 0.5 kgs will cost about US$ 15 to $ 30 (prepay rate), depends on the quantity, weight and volume of the samples, |
FAQ-5. How can I get your price list ?
Please send us email or fax for our price list and order information. For some special items we quote on customer's individual inquiries without a standard price list. |
FAQ-6.How can the products be sent to us ?
For small quantity or weight less than 50 kgs, sent usually by Express courier.
For orders from 50 to 500 kgs, can be sent by Air to the airport near you.
For big quantity or volume, sent usually by Boat (sea).
The transportation way depends on client's choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, volume, transportation way, destination country (airport, sea port ). |
FAQ-7. How much does shipping cost ?
Shipping costs will vary depending on the products you are ordering, your location, and the
shipping method you choose. All shipping alternatives are welcome according to your preferences. |
FAQ-8. Can you arrange the transportation for us ?
Yes. We can arrange Express courier, Air, and Boat (sea) transportation. Our experienced forwarders are able to ship the goods out, they have long term agreement with us, they can
offer fast, safe and cheaper shipping. |

Please send us your purchase order by email or fax.
We need to know the following information for your order :
* Product information - model numbers, quantity, unit price
* Delivery time required
* Transportation method ( by Express courier, by Air or by Boat (sea) )
* Freight payment ( by collect or prepay )
(If by collect, advise your forwarder's contact details in Taiwan or Hong Kong).
* Shipping information –
company name, street address, phone number, destination airport or sea port. |
FAQ-10. How can I get a tracking number of my order that has been shipped ?
Whenever your order is shipped, a shipping advice will be sent by e-mail or fax to you
with all the information concerning this shipment as well as the tracking number. |
FAQ-11. How to guarantee the quality and delivery time ?
We have strict QC system from material to finished products, all products quality is guaranteed, For defective or false product, we accept free replacement or refund.
We provide prompt delivery, once we agreed the delivery time in contract, We keep our word.
If not, we would take penalty for what loss caused. |

A. Sole agent in your state or Area : When you could sell our products over US$ 10,000 / month.
